The fund is managed by the Winnipeg Community Foundation, in association with Rivers and Area Community Foundation.

Fund Information

This endowment fund and its current earned interest is not Keeping up with the rising costs RCI grads are experiencing when they go to college or university. (An RCI grad attending first year at the University of Manitoba will incur costs in excess of $19,500).

Fund History

The fund was created in 2006, primarily by alumni of the 1960’s decade and has been supported by the same people for 17 years.

Become a member

Any person who is interested in the Organization may qualify for membership in any or all of the following categories:

  1. Founding Friend: any member of the faculty or staff of RCI or was a graduate of the 1960’s who has contributed the sum of $1000.00 or more since the inception of the Organization in 2006.
  2. Forever Friend: any person who has attended RCI at any time and who has contributed the sum of $500.00 or more since the inception of the Organization.
  3. Fiscal Friend: any person who has contributed any amount to the Organization since its inception, or contributes any amount annually.
